How to prepare Homemade Meatball?

👉 Grill: Preheat the grill and cook the meatball for 4–5 minutes on each side, until it develops a delicious golden crust.

👉 Pan: Cook over medium heat with a little oil for 3–4 minutes on each side.

👉 Oven: Bake at 200°C (390°F) for 15–18 minutes, turning halfway through cooking.

👉 Air Fryer: Cook at 180°C (350°F) for 10–12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.

💡 Tip: For a richer flavor, pair with homemade Lyutenitsa or Ajvar (roasted red pepper and eggplant spread from the Balkans) and serve with fresh vegetables.
