Required Products

Chilled pork schnitzel - 1 pack.

Onions - 2 heads

Shallots - 1 chapter

Mustard - 1 tsp.

Sour cream - 250ml.

preparation method

1. Peel and cut onions into thin rings and mix it in a bowl with flour.

2. Heat oil in a deep frying pan and fry until golden.

3. Remove it on kitchen paper.

4. In a saucepan, fry the shallots briefly, add the mustard and cream.

5. Reduce briefly until thickened.

6. Fry the schnitzels until golden and remove them to paper.

7. Serve with mustard sauce and crispy onions
