Required Products

Border "SAMI-M" - 1op.

Brown mushroom - 200 g.

Chicken broth - 300ml.

Whiskey - 100ml.

Potatoes - 3/4 pcs.

Fresh milk - 100 ml.

Butter - 50g.

preparation method

1. Bake the cordon according to the instructions on the package.

2. Peel and boil the potatoes, puree them with milk and butter.

3. Season with salt to taste and a pinch of freshly chopped parsley.

4. Clean the mushrooms and cut them into slices.

5. Fry them until done, flambé with the whiskey and add the chicken broth.

6. Serve cordon bleu with mashed potatoes and mushroom sauce.
