Required Products

Package "Cordon Bleu" by SAMI-M - 400 g.

Red onion - 3 medium-sized heads.

Butter - 30g.

Soy sauce - 1 tbsp.

Balsamic vinegar - 1 tbsp.

Honey - 1 tbsp.

Sugar - 100 g.

Green zucchini - 1 pc.

Cherry tomatoes - 250g.

Pesto - 2 tbsp.

preparation method

1. Peel and slice the onion into thin crescents.

2. Stew it in a deep pan until completely soft. Then add the butter. Do not fry onions and do not tan them. Add honey and sugar, stir and leave to caramelize. Then add the soy sauce and balsamic vinegar. Cook for another 5 minutes and remove from the heat.

3. Cut the zucchini into bayonets and put olive oil in a heated pan and sauté the cherry tomatoes and zucchini briefly. Season with salt and pepper to taste and add the pesto.

4. Prepare the cordon according to the instructions on the envelope.

5. Serve cordon bleu with caramelized onion canapes, sauteed cherry tomatoes and zucchini with pesto. If desired, you can add a glass of aromatic white wine.
