For the salad:
½ Lettuce or other curly salad
1 cucumber
½ Dill connection
60g Pine nuts
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 lemon
For the Tartar sauce:
250 g of mayonnaise
400g yoghurt
2 hard boiled eggs
2 pcs. pickles
salt and pepper
1. Prepare the potato meatballs according to the instructions on the package.
2. Clean and wash the lettuce, chop the cucumber and dill and mix them in a bowl with the lemon and olive oil.
3. Cut the eggs and pickles in a deep bowl or jug, add the remaining sauce products and mash. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
4. Serve the warm meatballs with lettuce sprinkled with pine nuts and Tartar sauce
