Required Products

Falafel package "SAMI-M" - 1 kg.

Lettuce - 1 pc.

Cucumber - 1 pc.

Cherry tomatoes - 200g.

Radish - 200g.

Lime - 1 pc.

Olive oil - 100 ml.

Sumac (or coriander) - 1 tbsp.

Bread crackers - 100 g

preparation method

1Wash and dry the lettuce. Chop it in a deep bowl. 2. Peel the cucumber, remove the seeds, cut and add to the salad. 3. Cut the radishes into thin rings and the cherry tomatoes in half and add to the bowl. 4. In a bowl pour olive oil, add lime juice and sumac.
