Required Products

Veal minced meat "SAMI-M" - 2 x 400 g.
Onions - 1 head
Red pepper - 1 pc.
Green pepper - 1 pc.
Canned tomatoes - 400g.
Corn - 400g.
Canned red beans - 400g.
Red wine - 200ml.
Sour cream - 400 g.
Basmati rice - 200g.
Ground coriander - 1 1/2 tsp.
Cumin - 1 tsp.
Cinnamon - 1 tsp.
Red pepper - 2 tsp.
Cayenne pepper - 1/2 tsp.
Fresh coriander - 4/5 stalks

preparation method

Peel the vegetables and cut them into small cubes. In a saucepan, heat the fat and fry the onions and peppers, add the minced meat and cook until shredded. Pour the wine, tomatoes, beans and corn and season with spices. Reduce heat and simmer for another 15-20 minutes. Meanwhile, boil the rice.
Serve chili horse carne with a spoonful of sour cream, lime slice, toast, hot pepper and fresh coriander.
