Our beginning was set in 1996. We started out with a small minced meat shop. Our enthusiasm led to the construction of a moderately sized but modern factory in 2003. We later started production of our breaded product line as well.
Today, more than 25 years later, we continue our path of improvement, following the culture of nutrition and the latest technological innovations in the industry. Over 130 employees work to meet the needs of the consumer for quality and affordable food, which saves time, efforts and money.
Our own laboratory performs incoming, current and subsequent quality control of both the supplies and products. We have product line, complied to the "Stara Planina" national standard and every year we defend the IFS audit.
Our highest rating is the trust of our customers in us and our products. Our portfolio includes more than 100 items from different series. Our suppliers are proven European and domestic producers of meat, dairy raw materials and spices.
